It's March already and I don't know about you, but I actually look forward to spring cleaning. It's a time to open the windows, let in the fresh air, throw out (or donate) the unused, clean out the dirt, and get yourself organized. While the task of spring cleaning your home can feel overwhelming, it brings sense of lightness and rejuvenation. A good spring cleaning is excellent, not only for your health, but also for your mental state.
