Think about a shadowing program for your new consultants or those you are mentoring and training. Think about how important it is that you offer shadow opportunities and even solicit them with your team.
I have people come with me all the time to see what I do and how I do it. For me, the easiest way to learn something, especially a new skill, is to see it, practice it, and do it. I need to see it, hear it, and then figure out how and when I can apply it and repeat it right away.
