Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to go one week without excuses.  Just ONE week. You can’t begin to imagine the way your life can be transformed through just 7 days.  Think about your level of productivity.  What would your life, your business look like if you had no more excuses?  Will it be easy?….No.  Most of us don’t realize the amount of excuses we make in one week. Can you do it?….Yes.

Today I want to share some tips on getting rid of those excuses that are holding you back.

Grab a stack of sticky notes and a pen.  Keep them nearby. Every time you think of an excuse, write it down on the sticky note.  Once you’ve written it down, crush the sticky note into a ball and throw it in the trash can.  Seems a little silly doesn’t it.  But when you write your excuse down you are consciously focusing on the fact that you are making an excuse as opposed to the excuses we tend to make SUBCONSCIOUSLY.  As crazy as it may feel to write it down only to throw it away, it is a very empowering act.

Once you’ve thrown the paper away take a deep breath and immediately move into action.

If you can do this every time…get ready for an EXPLOSION in your business!

No matter what tools and techniques you use just remember that we are moving into the fall and holiday season. NOW is the time to drop the excuses and give it everything you’ve got.
