Becky, I really enjoyed the Vision Casting & Success Mapping tele-course tonight. I really thought I was great at goal setting and planning, not sure I needed much help. But as I looked back at my goals I knew I fell short of what I wanted. I knew I needed to do something different, but not sure what. Tonights training hit the nail on the head. It was a wakeup call on how I need to plan for 2014. Coming away from the class I have a plan to not only define the RIGHT goals, but make sure my vision aligns. I now have tools to define and track all in one place. There is so much I took away from the training! – I LOVE the workbook. As always your handouts for your trainings are amazing but this workbook is so much more than notes – it is my plan! The call was just the beginning, now that I know what I need, I can fill in the blanks and have a plan. – Using the “wheels” to asses and evaluate past and a plan forward was just what I needed. All of us struggle on where to start or what areas we are week. The idea of having a wheel that actually rolls instead of bumping was the perfect visual to get me excited and moving! The most comforting thing I walked away with tonight is that I don’t have to have a long list of goals to work on. Instead define ONE – one action, and do it. The workbook will help me determine what I think is most important and build an action plan to accomplish it.
